Cancellation Policy
a. If cancelled on the day of your booking or after midday the day before, no refunds will be given.
b. If cancelled by midday (12pm) up to the day before your booking then a $50 per booking handling fee applies.
NB: If possible, Kiwi Journeys will work with you to re-schedule your trip. A $50 per booking rescheduling fee will apply.
NB: Where Kiwi Journeys uses another operator for the provision of goods or services eg transport, bag movements, accommodation or activities, the cancellation policy of that operator will apply.
